Due to the nature of how downloads are processed, we uphold a no refund policy. The customer is responsible for ensuring their order is correct before purchasing the media or content. Prior to submitting for processing and billing, please ensure that you do not order the same clips twice. Please report any billing errors to firstname.lastname@example.org. Resolution of and billing errors by Protect ur Nuts Comedy will be handled within one business day. Friendly fraud and abuse by disputing the transaction with the issuing bank will result in immediate disqualification from future sales and user will be banned from future digital orders, subscriptions and purchases. We take fraud very seriously and will actively report cases of fraud to local authorities for further prosecution.
Universeflix Membership Terms
Universeflix subscriptions that are subject to cancellation by PUNCOM or the subscriber at any time and for any reason. Excessive downloads by a single subscriber may prompt warnings by PUNCOM in the form of emails as this may be construed as login credential sharing. VPN usage may also result in membership cancellation as multiple geographic logins within a short period of time are not allowed.
A subscriber is required to maintain an active recurring payments in order to maintain access to Universeflix. If a subscriber cancels an automatic payment before the end of that pay cycle he or she may no longer have access to Universeflix's full features. Namely, video responses and other requests that may take a minimum of 30 days to produce and post.
The Universeflix subscriber also agrees that although there is no nudity or sex he or she must be 18 year of age or older.
Requests for responses from members are considered public and may be posted at PUNCOM's discretion anywhere at any time for any reason. PUNCOM's Universseflix reserves the copyright to any questions, or information submitted in relation to a model's video performance. Video responses will be posted within the Universeflix's platform for other members to see. Although, PUNCOM will make take any reasonable steps to maintain subscriber's information private, it is ultimately the subscriber's responsibility to keep such information private when submitting a question or a video request.
Logins are constantly IP monitored, including geographical information, in order to prevent login sharing. An account may be suspended if log ins happen from different geographical locations within a short period of time. For this same reason, VPN (virtual private networks) are not allowed with Universeflix memberships at this time.
Item Refund & Shipping Policy
Our refund policy is 15 Days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Items with obvious signs of use.
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Our products are shipped within 2-3 Days using the following carriers: USPS. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
